Dog walking, pet sitting and equine care within Blackburn and surrounding areas, as agreed during booking.

• A free meet & greet is required for new clients.
• You authorise access to the property for collection and drop-off as arranged. Keys are stored securely without address labels.
• Equipment supplied by you must be safe and suitable.

• Pets must be vaccinated, parasite-treated and microchipped where required.
• All medical and behavioural issues must be disclosed. Services may be changed or refused for safety.
• Walks may be postponed or adjusted during unsafe weather.

• Prices are shown on the website or individual quote, with changes communicated in advance.
• Payment is due at booking or as otherwise agreed by cash or bank transfer.
• Regular clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly.

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel without charge.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
• If we cancel because of illness or an emergency, a rebooking or refund will be offered.

We will try to contact you and your emergency contact. Where urgent, we may take your pet to a vet and act in their best interests. Reasonable costs remain the client’s responsibility.

Photos may be shared privately as service updates. Public use requires consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

We hold public liability insurance. We are not responsible for undisclosed behaviour, pre-existing conditions or defective equipment supplied by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
