Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all services provided by Hosker Hounds Adventures & Livery (“we”, “us”) to clients (“you”). By booking, you agree to these terms.
1 . Services
Dog walking, daycare, pet sitting and livery care within Blackburn & surrounding areas, as agreed during booking.
2 . Bookings & access
- Free meet-and-greet required for new clients.
- You authorise us to access property for pick-up/drop-off as arranged; keys are stored securely without address labels.
- All equipment provided by you must be safe and suitable.
3 . Health & behaviour
- Your pet must be vaccinated, parasite-treated and microchipped (where required).
- Disclose all medical or behavioural issues; we may adjust or refuse services for safety.
- Walks may be postponed in unsafe weather; you’ll be contacted first.
4 . Payments & pricing
- Prices appear on our website/quotes; we’ll notify you of any change.
- Payment is due at booking or as agreed (cash or bank transfer).
- Regular clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly.
5 . Cancellations & refunds
- 24 hours’ notice required to cancel without charge.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
- If we cancel (e.g., illness or emergency), you’ll receive a rebooking or refund.
6 . Emergencies & vet care
We will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact. If urgent, we may take your pet to a vet and act in their best interest. You agree to reimburse reasonable costs.
7 . Photos & updates
Photos are shared privately for updates. We’ll only use them publicly with your consent (which can be withdrawn at any time).
8 . Liability & insurance
We hold full public-liability insurance. We are not responsible for undisclosed behavioural issues, pre-existing conditions, or defective equipment supplied by you.
